Enrollment is easy and can be done by mail, fax or online. You can begin the enrollment process as soon as you know an approximate due date. *The non-refundable registration fee covers administrative costs associated with setting up a new account and cord blood collection kit costs. The fee is due within 15 days of registration and the shipment of the cord blood collection kit. **The processing fee includes the costs of processing the client's cord blood, shipping (priority overnight back to The Genesis Bank), and administrative costs associated with processing the cord blood. The client may also choose to ship the cord blood to The Genesis Bank using Airnet same day shipping, for which there will be an additional charge of $200 (instructions for Airnet are in the Cord Blood Collection Box). The processing fee of $975 is due within 30 days of the processing date.
